Suzuki Violin Method

for children 4-8yrs

  • Instruction based on Shinichi Suzuki’s philosophy of music education.

  • Parent/Guardians attend lessons and classes.

  • Students receive 1 private lesson and 1 group class each week.

PRIVATE LESSONS

The individualized attention provided during a  private lesson is greatly beneficial to a student's progress. A parent accompanies the student to weekly lessons and serves as "home teacher",  guiding the student's daily practice and reinforcing  concepts and exercises assigned at lessons.

GROUP CLASSES

Group classes provide students with an opportunity to joyfully create music with their peers and gives them a chance to practice leadership and performance skills.  Playing skills are reinforced through games and exercises. Group classes are a key motivational and inspirational component of the Suzuki program.
